Shaping The New Retail Decoded Fashion Milan

By Sofia Celeste 11 November 2015

MILAN, ITALY - How will luxury survive in this ever-changing world? Will virtual reality one day replace e-commerce? Will customization satiate consumers' appetite for luxury goods over fancy labels? How is tech making its way into the very fabric of fashion? The Decoded Fashion Milan summit, set to unfold November 17 and 18, will answer these questions and more.

The fashion and tech conference's third edition will take place at Milan's Hotel Magna Pars. "Bytes & Bricks: Data, Personalisation and Influencers Shaping the New Retail" is the theme that will dominate panel discussions of the two-day conference and networking opportunity of the year.

If you aren't convinced yet... There will be no shortage of heavy hitters: Representatives from tech behemoths Google and Facebook will headline the conference, both set to discuss fashion's internet potential. Vanguard fashion houses Salvatore Ferragamo, Missoni, Rene' Caovilla and established international retailers LUISAVIAROMA, Vente-privee and Zalando will all take part in shaping discussions on the future of e-commerce.

In addition to plotting fashion's future, the conference will also introduce emerging start-ups that have the potential to influence the fashion industry. For the third time, a select number of the industry's young innovators will participate in the The Fashion Pitch competition, where a jury of experts will assess and award the best ideas brought forward.

If you haven't bought your tickets yet, it is not too late. Click here to secure your place in the biggest fashion and tech event in Europe.
