In 2010 Ferrante Brands group acquired the brand S. Moritz, witting to be dealing with an original and different brand well known and appreciated by the fine knitwear lovers. Their goal is to relaunch this brand and take it back to the 'old glory'.
S.Moritz was created around 1978 by the famous creative Olmes Carretti, sportswear designer guru and ideator of 'Best Company' and 'Henry LLoyd'. Success has arrived thanks to Claudio di Carpi knitwear factory that in the latest 80s' has realized and put in commerce products, making St Moritz a sportswear unique fashion brand.
Between 90s' and 00s' the company was out of business, until 'Ferrante Brands' has decided to acquire it and raise it back, and now is ready to relaunch it after having realized in 2010 a small winter collection with Olmes Carretti himself. The choice to renew S.Moritz brand was given by the willing to re-launch an impressive, progressive and original knit- sportswear, longtime missing.
Innovation is the leading role of this line, showed by care of details, embroidery and patch applications, and use of stiches that highlight the multidimensionality of the product, the combination of bright and loud colors that break daily routine.
